LIEFS, ETOS / LOVE, ETOS 

In 2019 we launched a new brand platform for Etos. The pharmacy retailer is powered by 5000 kind, helpful and above all knowledgeable druggists and health experts. They can answer any and all of your questions concerning well being, health, diet and beauty. This forms the basis for Etos' brand promise 'Wat je vraag ook is, we staan voor je klaar' (Whatever your questions, we're here for you) that we end with a empathetic pay off: 'liefs, Etos' (love, Etos).

Within our always on brand campaign we had quarterly themed campaigns. This is where our Q&A campaign construct came into it’s own. Deep data dives revealed the most commonly ask questions as well as taboos to which we had answers to. Etos’ expertise allowed us communicate these answers in many different forms. Tips from experts, custom tests or products.

The tag-ons below were only one of the many ways we reached our consumers.
